Them. If container filled with solid white mass or growing out bottom of pot, plant has been heavily rooted and roots need trimming. If plant is difficult to remove from container without soil spilling out with roots, they are under developed and need more time to grow. The best proportion is an even distribution of cream colored roots and soil.
