Harvest carrots when 1⁄4-1⁄2” of the….

Top of the carrot (orange part) is showing above surface of the ground. Gently grip base of green leaves of carrot (close to the ground) and pull straight up. The carrot should easily ‘pop’ out of the ground. If not, gently dig around carrot and then pull. It’s best to harvest carrots as needed.
