Peas. Harvest when pod is 3-4” long and 1-1 ½” wide. The color should be a light grass green. Place pod between thumb and forefinger and gently apply pressure until pod ‘pops’ open. Remove beans and discard pod. Approximately 2-4 beans will be in each pod.
