Oscillating type. These sprinklers cover a large area and produce rainlike drops of water. Don’t use a rotating sprinkler. It tends to tear up the surface of soil and covers only a small area. Run your sprinkler for at least four hours in each area. This is best for your plants and allows you to go longer intervals between waterings.
