Box lined with a plastic trash bag. Lay tubers in a single layer across bottom. Add 4” of peat moss and vermiculite. Leave bag open for air circulation. Store box in cool area (40-50° is ideal). Check tubers a few times to see they don’t shrivel. If needed, dribble a little water into box to maintain sufficient moisture.
