Storing them. Spread seeds out on paper or lay them in a shallow box. Stir through them every few days. After 1-2 weeks of drying, remove plant debris. Place seeds in storage containers. Glass jars work well since they keep out humidity. Place small amounts of seeds in paper envelopes and then place several envelopes inside a single jar.
