Tips on How to Talk to a Girl

1. Upgrade your appearance.  Now, I am not talking about a full blown make over.  Make sure that you are neat and clean.  Basic things:  brushing your teeth, cutting your hair, making sure you smell good - those things.  Clean clothes are also a big plus.    Iron your clothes - wrinkled clothes come across as being lazy.  First impressions are everything.

   Be positive. Only talk about good things.

2. Be active and involved.  The more involved you are, the more interesting you are.  What girl finds "sitting in front of the TV drinking beer" a complete turn on?  Accomplish things.  Work on your career goals/plans.  Fill up your calendar - if she complains that she never sees you, see this as a good thing.  However, make sure that you do make time for her, and when you are with her, give her 100% of your time.
3. Try not to be alone.  You friends will boost your confidence and help break the ice for you both.  Being with friends shows the girl that people enjoy spending time with you.  Bigger plus if you have girls in your group.
4. Be confident with yourself.
5. Be positive.  Only talk about good things.  Avoid politics, religion or any other touchy subject.
6. Make her laugh.  
7. Be flirty.  Never give a direct answer - that will keep her interested.  However, do not avoid the situation.  
8. You can poke fun and kid with her, but NEVER LIE.  Lying turns into a major trust issue.  You do not want to start our a relationship having trust issues.
9. Smile.
10. Keep good eye contact.  Girls think guys are more confident if they can keep good eye contact during a converstaion.
11. Ask her questions.  Get to know her.
12. Avoid touching her.  That is a turn off, especially if you do not know each other very well or meeting for the first time.
13. GET HER NUMBER!  More than likely, she will not ask for yours.  Do not see that as a sign that she is not interested...girls just typically do not ask.
