Minimum of 1 ½-2. Small seed potatoes don’t need cutting. Allow cut pieces to dry 7-10 days. Can be planted just after cutting. Place cut parts of tubers in rows 4" deep and 12-18" apart in rows spaced 2-3' feet apart. If planting in beds, space plants 12-15" apart in both directions.
