Outdoors with a hose. Make sure the water isn't extremely cold. Let the hose run for a minute to get a bit warmer water. Extreme cold will shock most plants. After washing, take a soft rag or paper towel and wipe down the foliage. If doing this outside, keep your plants out of the direct sun.
