Along with pronounced weight loss, other physical signs may include dry skin, chronically cold, thinning hair, and dehydration. Other actions such as always wearing baggy clothes, the frequent skipping of meals, and being overly sensitive about gaining weight can also be early indicators a potential eating disorder.
