It is important to get arm floats and swim sweaters for younger children who are still learning to swim. Pool noodles are also good to use as a floatation device for beginner swimmers. You can also assist your smaller children with a float pad (swimming alongside to make sure your child stays on).
Pool Rafts are a great way to enjoy the pool while relaxing. Get rafts in your kids’ favorite colors or consider a large multi-person raft. You can also get animal rafts and make a section of your pool into a tropical lagoon.
Pool sports are tremendous fun for older kids and will allow your whole family to participate in some friendly competition. Make sure supervise your kids while they are operating the boats to ensure they don’t run into swimmers or crash into the pool walls.
