Inspire them to help in the garden with scaled-down utensils such as: a child’s wheelbarrow, shovel, hoe, cultivator and gloves designed for little hands. Give them their own little patch of ground whereby they can experience (with a little help from Mom and Dad) the satisfaction and fulfillment that comes as a result of their labors.
