A denim, wool, or corduroy dress can be transformed into a jazzy jumper. First, cut away the collar or reshape the neckline into a V or scoop, then remove the sleeves and enlarge the armholes slightly to accommodate a blouse underneath. Cut facings from the sleeve fabric or face the new neck and armholes with bias binding.
