Save money, time and costly containers when freezing foods

Line an ice tray or similar container with two thicknesses of wax paper. Put your leftover food in it. When frozen solid, remove from tray, fold the wax paper over it, secure with a rubber band and put it in your deep freeze. Because it will be ‘thin’, you can break off a portion at a time if desired.
