Ideas for a First Date

So, you finally asked out that special someone.  Now, what do you do on your first date?  You do not want to do the typical thing - dinner and a movie, but you cannot think of anything original to do.  Here are a few ideas for a successful first date!  (Before you make a decision, think of the other persons personality and interests...do not do something just because YOU want to do it):

• Picnic in a local park
• Concert
• Attend a local sports game
• Go to an art gallery or other museum
• Be a tourist!  Go sightseeing in your hometown.
• Visit garage sales
• Baking/Cooking Classes
• Art class (such as a "paint your own pottery" place)
• Volunteer
• Dance classes
• Go to an arcade
• Go carts
• Outdoor activities (hike, kayaking, fishing, bike riding)
• Haunted House
• Bingo night!
• Brewery/Winery tour
• Strawberry/Apple picking
• Comedy night!
