Instead of using sugar, dissolve old-fashioned lemon drops or hard mint candy into your tea. They melt quickly and keep the tea clean and brisk. In making iced tea, add a small amount of very hot water to instant tea before adding cold water. The crystals will dissolve completely for a better flavor.
