Do not use extra denture cream if your dentures fit poorly

Some denture creams contain zinc, and ingesting too much zinc can lead to serious blood and nervous system disorders linked to copper depletion. Consider using Secure Denture cream (available at drugstores and health food stores). It has no zinc. If you use denture cream with zinc, use only two to four small dots on each plate, once a day.
