Cook perfect lasagna noodles

Use lots of water. Cook at moderate boil. Use wood or plastic spoons. Stir occasionally and gently. Boil short end of cook time if to be cooked in a baked dish or stovetop recipe. Slowly pour water from pan. Rinse thoroughly in cold water, drain well. Place in a covered container right away to prevent pasta from sticking together.
