Marinate meats with kiwi

Use kiwi fruit either sliced, mashed, or juiced. Lay the meat over the slices and then cover the top of the meat as well. Marinate 2-4 hours. For a faster method, mash or juice the kiwi and use in marinade as a substitute for lemon, lime, or vinegar. This method only takes about 1/2 hour for tender meat.
