Studies have shown that junk food affected the ability of mice to find their way out of a maze, while the mice that ate healthier performed better. Saturated/trans fat are known to damage brain synapses that are used for memory/learning. Cutting out junk food will protect your health and allow room in your appetite for the foods that will increase your brain function.
Give your memory a workout everyday by doing puzzles and memory building games. Working out your brain has also been proven to improve brain and concentration.
