Believe it or not, wedding planning is not just for the bride. Most grooms dread wedding planning - even the littlest task is daunting. However, traditionally, groom's do not have a major role in wedding planning. Here are a few suggested ways where your groom can get involved in the wedding planning (without having to decide between ivory or cream tablecloths):

- Choose the Groom's wedding party - best man, groomsmen, ushers
- Choose attire for Groom's wedding party
- Arranging for lodging for groom's wedding party
- Selecting a gift for the bride
- Compiling the groom's part of the guest list and making sre that his parents make their guest list
- Planning the honeymoon
- Choosing wedding bands
- Making transportation arrangements for couple
- Giving the officiat the fee for conducting the ceremony
- Buying the marriage license
- Planning the bachelor party
- Standing in the receiving line (if there is one)
- Make a "grooms" toast at the reception or rehearsal dinner
- Cutting the cake with the bride
- Dance with the bride, both mothers and the maid/matron of honor
