Jump into online conferences. Don't be afraid to participate and contribute your two cents. Remember always to be polite and courteous online. Ask questions when you don't understand.
Set aside time each day to work on your class. You will have to use good time management to keep up.
Treat it like a regular class. Just because you can't see your classmates doesn't mean it's not the real deal.
