Add crispy texture to salads, relishes. For unusual side dish, top with cream or hollandaise sauce. Adds flavor to soups, stews, stir-fries. Grill, bake, broil, boil. To use as condiment, grate on cheese grater. To help keep radish white, to mellow any bitterness when cooked, add some rice bran or use water in which rice has been washed.
