Grilling. Great for potato salad. Nice addition to casseroles, soups, stews. Common use is for creamed potatoes. Pairs well with savory herbs, garlic, pork, poultry, artichokes, both rich and mild cheese, other starchy vegetables such as corn, shelled beans, salad greens. To prepare, rinse well with water. No need to peel, entire potato edible. Do not refrigerate to store.
