Require cooking. Add diced peppers to sautéed, fresh corn or guacamole. Combine finely diced chiles with chopped mint and add to custard, then freeze into ice cream. Puree roasted tomatillos with sautéed chiles for salsa verde. Add chopped serrano to cornmeal scone batter for a spicy baked good. No need peeling. To store, refrigerate up to one week.
