Don't touch!
While that white head is tempting, squeezing spreads the infection and pushes dirt and dirty material deeper into your skin. It also makes pimples more red and obvious.
Give acne immediate attention.

Your best bet is picking up treatment creams, gels and cleansers that contain benzoyl peroxide at your local drugstore. Benzoyl peroxide is inexpensive and kills pimple causing bacteria and helps clear up breakouts.
Clean your skin.
Regularly cleansing your skin is one of the best ways to not only reduce acne, but keep acne that does form from getting infected and inflaming which results in scarring.
Clean your skin with a gentle cleanser every morning and night. Make sure not to irritate your skin by scratching or scrubbing at your acne. When drying off your face, don’t rub but dab a towel over it to reduce irritation.
