Help shrubs stand under weight of ice and snow

If your shrubs get bent out of shape from being weighted down with snow and ice, in the fall tie fishing line around the bottom of the bush, spiral it around and around to the top, then tie it. The line isn’t noticeable unless you are up close, but it’ll keep your shrubs standing tall. In spring, snip and remove!
