Here for a few tips to help you destress before your next job interview.

Before your interview, travel to the office so you know how to get there, parking situations and familiarize yourself with the surroundings.
Arrive to the interview thirty minutes early.
Understand the dress code and dress slightly nicer than the dress code.
Make sure you know their drug and alcohol screening policy. If this is an issue, do not waste your time or theirs.
Keep your cool. If the interviewer can see that you are nervous, you may not get the job. Just be yourself!
Remember that you are selling yourself and your skills to an employer.
Be aggressive - however, stay professional.
Portray a presence of success and achievement. Speak from the heart.
Answer only what they ask - do not give any extra information.
Do not take offense to anything the interviewer says.
Be forward in your actions.
Do not confuse the employer.
Be confident, sit straight, eye contact and follow through with a thank you note!
