Strength train - You don't have to pump iron like a heavy weight champion, simple mini weight training exercises work fine. Squats, push ups, and crunches help to boost your metabolism and burn more calories.
Do some cardio! - You don't necessarily need to run on a treadmill or pump at an elliptical for an hour a day to loose weight. Go hiking, swimming, jog around the block - anything that gets your blood pumping and body sweating for 30 minutes straight will help you to drop the pounds and keep them off.
